How do I know my sneakers are authentic?+
Every pair passes our 12-point hand inspection in Lagos before it ships. Stitching, materials, weight, manufacturing markers, box and accessories are all checked. If it fails, it doesn't ship.
How long does delivery take?+
Lagos: 3–7 business days. South West (Ogun, Oyo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo): 5–10 days. Nationwide: 7–14 business days.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 48-hour return window from delivery. If the sneaker is not as described or fails our authenticity check on return, you get a full refund.
How do I sell on Hypestrike?+
Create a seller account, list your pair, set your price. When a buyer pays, ship to our Lagos facility. We authenticate and ship to the buyer. You get paid via Paystack within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major cards and bank transfers via Paystack. PayPal is available for international buyers.
Are prices in Naira?+
Yes, all prices are in NGN. We also serve buyers in Canada, the UK and the US — those regions see prices in their local currency.
What happens if authentication fails?+
If a pair fails our inspection, it is returned to the seller at their cost. The buyer receives a full refund.
How do I set a drop alert?+
Create an account and visit the Drops page. Click Set drop alert on any upcoming release and we will notify you by email when it goes live.
