1. Authentication guarantee
Every pair sold on Hypestrike passes our 12-point hand inspection at our Lagos facility. If a pair fails authentication after purchase, we will return it to the seller and issue the buyer a full refund.
2. Pricing
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. Prices are set by sellers and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
3. Payment
We accept card payments and bank transfers via Paystack. PayPal is available for international buyers. Payment is processed at the time of order.
4. Shipping
All orders ship from our Lagos authentication facility. Delivery times vary by zone — see our Shipping page for details. Hypestrike is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
5. Returns
We offer a 48-hour return window from delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item was not as described.
6. Seller obligations
Sellers must list only authentic items. Listing a counterfeit item will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action. Sellers must ship to our Lagos facility within 5 business days of a sale.
7. Disputes
Any disputes should be raised with our support team at support@hypestrikeng.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in Lagos State courts.
