Terms of sale.

Last updated: May 2026. These terms govern all purchases made on hypestrikeng.com. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases on hypestrikeng.com. If you have questions before purchasing, contact us at hypesupport@hypestrikeng.com or WhatsApp us at +234 904 548 6210. We are happy to clarify anything before you commit.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on hypestrikeng.com you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all transactions on our platform regardless of the device or method used to access the site. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and HypestrikeNg.

Product Availability

All products listed on our site are subject to availability. We maintain accurate inventory in real-time but stock can change at any moment, especially for limited-edition items. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you within 2 hours and process a full refund within 24 hours. HypestrikeNg reserves the right to cancel orders for out-of-stock items at any time without prior notice.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Prices shown do not include shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery zone. Prices may change at any time without notice and are not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. If a pricing error occurs on our site, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund even after payment has been captured. We will notify you of any cancellation immediately.

Order Processing and Confirmation

After placing an order you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance. Your order is formally confirmed when you receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraudulent activity, bulk purchasing for resale without prior arrangement, orders with incorrect or undeliverable addresses, or orders from previously problematic accounts.

Payment Terms

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Verve, Interswitch, bank transfer, and USSD — all processed securely by Paystack. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders where payment is not successfully captured will not be processed or fulfilled. If your payment fails but a temporary hold appears on your bank account, it is typically released automatically within 24 to 48 hours. If a hold exceeds 48 hours, contact us with your transaction reference and we will assist in resolving it with Paystack.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are issued at our discretion and subject to individual terms. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Codes cannot be combined with other offers, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to past orders. HypestrikeNg reserves the right to withdraw or modify any discount code or promotion at any time without notice. Codes obtained through unauthorised means including code sharing platforms are void. Discount codes are valid for Nigerian customers only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and confirmed in your order acknowledgement. We ship via GIG Logistics and DHL Nigeria. Delivery estimates are expressed in working days and exclude weekends and public holidays. HypestrikeNg is not liable for delays caused by the courier once an order has been dispatched. Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Authentication Guarantee

Every product sold by HypestrikeNg undergoes a 12-point physical authentication inspection before dispatch. We guarantee 100 percent authenticity on every item sold. If you believe you have received an inauthentic item, you must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with clear photographs of the shoe, box, labels, and sole. We will investigate within 24 hours. If we are unable to confirm authenticity we will issue a full refund and arrange immediate collection at no cost to you. This guarantee applies exclusively to items purchased directly through hypestrikeng.com.

Returns and Exchanges

You have 48 hours from confirmed delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original box with all original accessories and packaging intact. To initiate a return contact us at hypesupport@hypestrikeng.com or WhatsApp +234 904 548 6210. We will arrange collection. Items showing signs of wear, removed tags, missing original packaging, or outside the 48-hour window are not eligible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective upon delivery or receive an incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photographs clearly showing the defect or incorrect item. We will arrange urgent collection and either send a replacement or process a full refund depending on your preference and stock availability. Shipping costs for defective or incorrect item returns are borne entirely by HypestrikeNg.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. HypestrikeNg reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are being used fraudulently, in violation of these terms, or in a manner harmful to other customers or our platform. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual Property

All content on hypestrikeng.com including text, images, logos, product photography, and design is the intellectual property of HypestrikeNg or our licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, scrape, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from HypestrikeNg. Brand names and product names referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use hypestrikeng.com for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to impersonate another person or entity, to submit false or fraudulent orders, to harvest customer data, or to engage in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of our platform. Any such activity may result in account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

Warranty Disclaimer

All products are sold with the manufacturer's original warranty where applicable. HypestrikeNg does not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers. We make no guarantees regarding product durability, performance, or fitness for any particular purpose beyond what is standard for the specific brand and model. Products are sold in the authenticated condition in which they were received.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, HypestrikeNg will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your purchase or use of our products or platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order is limited to the purchase price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Framework of Nigeria.

Force Majeure

HypestrikeNg is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, courier failures, or supply chain disruptions. In such cases we will notify you promptly and offer either a full refund or a revised delivery timeline at your option.

Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with applicable Nigerian data protection law. By placing an order you consent to the collection and use of your data for order fulfilment, customer service, fraud prevention, and with your explicit consent, marketing communications. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. In the event of a dispute we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to seek resolution informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

Changes to These Terms

HypestrikeNg reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. We will notify registered users of material changes by email with reasonable notice before changes take effect. Continued use of hypestrikeng.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

Seller Marketplace Terms

By subscribing to a seller plan on Hypestrike you agree to the following terms. You may only list sneakers that you personally own and have the legal right to sell. All sneakers must be authentic. Listing counterfeit goods is a serious violation that will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of subscription fees, and may be reported to relevant authorities. You must ship your sneaker to Hypestrike HQ within 48 hours of a confirmed sale. Failure to ship within 72 hours will result in automatic order cancellation, a full refund to the buyer, and a strike on your account.

Verification and Authentication

Every sneaker sold through the Hypestrike marketplace is physically inspected by our authentication team before being shipped to the buyer. If a sneaker fails authentication, it will be returned to the seller at the seller's cost and no payout will be issued. Hypestrike's authentication decision is final. Subscription fees and verification credits are non-refundable except in cases where Hypestrike rejects a listing during the verification queue review, in which case the credit is returned to the seller.

Seller Payouts and Commission

Hypestrike charges a commission of 10 percent on fixed price sales and 12 percent on auction or bid sales. This commission is deducted from the sale price before payout. Payouts are processed via Paystack bank transfer to the seller's verified Nigerian bank account after the buyer confirms delivery. Hypestrike holds funds in escrow during the authentication and delivery process. Sellers must have a verified bank account on file before their listings can go live.

Buyer Protection on Marketplace Purchases

All marketplace purchases are covered by Hypestrike's authentication guarantee. If a sneaker you purchase from the marketplace fails our authentication check after the seller ships it, you will receive a full refund and the sneaker will be returned to the seller. Hypestrike does not facilitate direct contact between buyers and sellers. Seller identities are never disclosed. If you receive a sneaker that does not match the listing description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery to open a dispute.

Prohibited Conduct

Both buyers and sellers are prohibited from attempting to contact each other directly or conducting transactions outside the Hypestrike platform. Any attempt to bypass Hypestrike as a middleman will result in permanent account termination for both parties. Sellers may not list stolen goods, replicas, or items they do not own. Buyers may not place bids they do not intend to honour. Repeated bid abandonment may result in account restrictions.

Subscribe to Pay — Installment Terms

Subscribe to Pay allows customers to purchase sneakers in installments over 2 or 3 months. By using this feature you agree to the following terms. A non-refundable installment fee of 5 percent applies to 2-month plans and 10 percent to 3-month plans. This fee is added to the total price and disclosed before payment. Your first installment is non-refundable under all circumstances including cancellation. Subsequent installments already paid are also non-refundable once a reservation is cancelled or forfeited.

Reservation and Cancellation

Your sneaker is reserved exclusively for you from the moment your first installment payment is confirmed. If you miss a scheduled payment, you have a 7-day grace period to pay manually from your account. After 7 days without payment your reservation is automatically cancelled, your sneaker is released back to general inventory, and no refund is issued for amounts already paid. You may cancel an active reservation at any time from your account, however the first installment and any subsequent payments already made are non-refundable.

Shipping on Subscribe to Pay Orders

Sneakers purchased via Subscribe to Pay are shipped only after all installments are complete and the customer has confirmed their delivery address in their account. Once the address is confirmed, Hypestrike will dispatch within 2 business days. Hypestrike is not responsible for delays caused by failure to confirm a delivery address. Standard shipping rates and delivery timeframes apply once the order is dispatched.
